At Valley Taekwon-Do Academy we have classes for all ages and abilities across Bargoed, Rhymney and Tredegar.

We have Little Leaders classes for children aged 4-6, allowing them to develop interaction skills, self confidence, balance and co-ordination whilst having fun learning Taekwon-Do.

​

We also offer a beginners class, as well as adult and mixed family classes. Our beginners class is for ages 7 -14 years. Where our new beginners can start    Taekwon-Do without feeling uncomfortable.

 

Alternatively,Valley Taekwon-Do Academy 

offers separate additional needs classes, where students with disabilities can learn in an environment where they feel safe.

We have separate competition classes for students who wish to compete.
